Baked Dijon Drumsticks Recipe

15 drumsticks

1 3/4 cups chicken stock

1/2 cup Dijon mustard

1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Place chicken in a 15×10 baking dish.

In small bowl, mix chicken stock and mustard. Pour over chicken; turning to coat. Sprinkle bread crumbs over chicken. Cover; refrigerate 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bake 1 hour or until done.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Bake Time: 1 Hour

Total Time: 5 Hours 10 Minutes
