Baked Fettuccine and Cheese
Baked Fettuccine and Cheese Recipe
8 oz. fettuccine
8 oz. pork sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup Colby cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1 cup milk
3 large eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 4 individual baking dishes.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
In medium skillet, combine sausage, onion and bell pepper. Cook 10 minutes or until sausage is browned; drain.
In large bowl, combine pasta, sausage mixture, Colby, Monterey Jack and pimiento; mix well. Spoon into baking dishes.
In small bowl, combine milk, eggs, salt and black pepper; mix well. Pour over pasta mixture.
Cover, bake 25 minutes. Remove covers; bake 15 minutes.
