Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

4 slices cooked ham

4 tsp. honey mustard

4 slices Swiss cheese

4 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Slice chicken horizontaly to form a pocket.

Brush ham slices with honey mustard; hold in half. Fold a cheese slice around each slice of ham. Place inside pocket of chicken; secure with toothpick.

In large skillet, melt butter on medium high heat. Cook chicken 5 minutes per side or until browned.

Place chicken on a rack inside of a baking pan.

Bake 20 minutes or until done.
