Lemon Chess Pie Recipe4 large eggs2 cups granulated sugar1 tbsp. flour1 tbsp. cornmeal1/8 tsp. salt1/4 cup milk4 tbsp. butter, melted1/4 cup lemon juice1 tbsp. grated lemon zest1 unbaked pie shellPreheat oven to 350°F.In large bowl, beat eggs with electric mixer on high speed until mixed. Slowly add granulated sugar.In small bowl, combine flour, cornmeal and salt; mix well. Add to sugar mixture; mix well.Slowly add milk; mix well.Stir in butter, lemon juice and lemon zest. Spoon into pie shell. Bake 50 minutes or until set.

Bake Time: 50 Minutes
