Marshmallow Bars
Marshmallow Bars Recipe
1 pkg. (22 oz.) fudge brownie mix
1 pkg. (10 1/4 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 cups rice cereal
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
2. Prepare brownies according to package directions. Spoon into baking pan. Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
3. Place marshmallows on top of brownies. Bake 5 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Cool.
4. In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Cook on low heat until chocolate melts, stirring frequently.
5. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal. Spoon over brownies. Chill 45 minutes. Cut into bars.
