Noodle Souffle
Noodle Souffle Recipe
8 oz. wide egg noodles
2 cups sour cream
8 tbsp. butter, softened
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
4 large eggs
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 3 quart souffle dish.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
In large bowl, combine sour cream, butter, cream cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until mixed. Beat at high speed until creamy.
Fold pasta into sour cream mixture. Spoon into souffle dish.
Bake 1 hour or until golden.
