3-4 Squids (cleaned, scored and sliced into rings and tentacles)
1/4 cup Coconut flour
2 Eggs (beaten)
4 tablespoons Coconut oil (for frying)
Paleo tomato sauce
Add some squid towards the eggs, toss to coat.
Inside a separate bowl, add some squid and coconut flour. Toss to coat. Put aside while oil heats.
Add some oil to some high-sided skillet or pan over medium-high temperature.
Add some calamari towards the herbal. Be cautious, it’ll splatter.
Prepare on every side three or four minutes, or until golden brown.
Put aside on the paper towel lined plate.
Serve with tomato sauce for dipping.
