Red Potatoes with Lemon & Parsley

You will need:
About 12 red potatoes
Juice of ½ lemon
3 cloves garlic (crushed & chopped)
3 tblsp olive oil
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
¼ cup grated Romano cheese
½ tsp. dried oregano
Boil potatoes with skin until fork tender.
Drain and quarter and add all above ingredients. Toss well and serve.
This is so simple and goes well with almost any dish.
