Homemade Salsa Recipe

2 cups chopped watermelon, seeds removed or seedless

3/4 cup chopped sweet onion

1/4 cup rinsed canned black beans, drained

1/4 cup chopped seeded jalapeno chilies

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 large clove garlic, finely chopped

1 Tbs brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1. Stir all ingredients together in medium bowl.

2. Refrigerate, covered, at least one hour to blend flavors.

3. Stir before serving.

Servings: 4

Yield: 4 cups
