Fresh bruschetta with tomato and basil photoTomato Bruschetta Recipe
1/2 tsp. dried basil
2 cups roma tomatoes,seeded and chopped
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 loaf French bread
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, basil, salt and pepper.
Cut bread into 1/4 inch slices. Combine olive oil and garlic; brush onto bread slices; place on baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Spoon tomato mixture over bread slices.
