Zesty Corn Chowder Recipe

4 tbsp. butter

1 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped

3 cans (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup

4 cups corn kernels

4 cups milk

1/4 cup green chiles, chopped

1/4 tsp. white pepper

In stockpot, melt butter on medium high heat. Cook onion and bell pepper 5 minutes or until tender, stirring constantly. Reduce to medium heat.

Stir in soups. Add corn; mix well. Slowly add milk; mix well. Stir in green chiles and white pepper.

Simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.

Serves 12
